Personal Spa

What are some good things to do for you in a personal spa?

Obvious: Mani-pedi, re hair, shave legs hard eyebrows. Anything else? And are their any good facial scrubs, which can be homemade as you yourself have tried and all worked well? And anythings that would be good for my hair?

Personal health cures are my favorite thing to do on the weekend. Masks and exfoliants for the face and the hair is easy to do, and all the stuff you need is in the kitchen! 1. Puree a lawyer and work in your hair is fabulously moisturizing. You can add honey to more moisture, but is fine by itself. 2. My favorite is the body scrub with a cup of brown sugar mixed to ½ cup olive oil or coconut. It sloughs off dead skin and gives you a pretty color. 3. To make your uber sweet feet, slather them lotion and keep your socks all night. Better than pedicures! 4. Lips will also get super sweet if you rub them with olive oil / mixture of brown sugar. 5. Work a few tablespoons of olive oil in your hair. Its astringent properties sop oil (even if it seems cons-productive) and healthy hydration. 6. The pineapple and tomato are both ideal for zits (although it sure does not sound very good!)
